Turkey meat loaf packed with Protein.
1 Lb of ground turkey
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup shredded carrots
4 tablespoons chopped olives
3 tablespoons chopped onion
4 sprigs of thyme
2 teaspoons pink salt
Pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
Coconut yogurt topping.
4 big spoons of coconut yogurt
Pinch salt, 4 leaves of chopped mint. Mix well.
Procedure:
- Set the oven at 350.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the mix into a 9” mold.
- Cover with aluminum.
- Cook for 25-30 min.
