Turkey meatloaf for Protein Lovers

To build and maintain muscle, it’s important to consume lean and clean protein.

Here is an easy, simple, functional and delicious recipe.

Turkey meat loaf packed with Protein. 

1 Lb of ground turkey 

1 cup cooked quinoa 

1 cup shredded carrots

4 tablespoons chopped olives 

3 tablespoons chopped onion

4 sprigs of thyme 

2 teaspoons pink salt 

Pinch black pepper 

1 teaspoon turmeric 

Coconut yogurt topping. 

4 big spoons of coconut yogurt

Pinch salt, 4 leaves of chopped mint. Mix well. 


  • Set the oven at 350. 
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the mix into a 9” mold. 
  • Cover with aluminum. 
  • Cook for 25-30 min. 

Serve and enjoy!
