Succulent Raw-Bake Desserts & Snacks, Dairy and Gluten free.
This course is for people with a sweet tooth, people that love desserts but who are also health conscious.
All the recipes are created from scratch with natural, organic, no additives or preservatives and can be gluten free or dairy free. I use sugar from fruits, to avoid harm our physical and mental health.
You are going to have fun, get creative; learn and improve your abilities for baking and indulge yourself with raw and yummy pleasures without remorse.

- Banana protein bread
- Chocolate beet cake
- Zucchini cake.
- Chocolate dates balls with superfoods
- Raw mousse
- Coconut yogurt parfait
- Homemade granola
- Blueberry jelly with agar agar
During each class you will learn easy techniques to further develop your creativity.
This class is offered for individuals or in a group, learning with friends is fun!
Instructional videos with clear instructions.
You will receive a cookbook with instructions in PDF format. You can download and print it to have it within reach in your kitchen.
The recipes are created with natural, vigorous and organic ingredients that help you lose weight, maintain your strength, vital energy, and you can enjoy them without regret!

- I am fully vaccinated + have had a booster.
- All participants should be vaccinated and require to present a negative covid test 48 hours before the event or class.
- The staff is fully vaccinated too.
- I require the staff to wear a mask.
- We will follow strict handwashing protocols.
- Surfaces will be disinfected before, during and after.
