Ideas to Sleep well and Reduce Stress

Having a good sleep is a priority in my life, some people said you don’t need to sleep 8-9 hours, but everybody is different, everyone have different lifestyle that require a lot of energy and focus during the day or not. In my case I need at least 7-8 hours of well sleep to function well and be productive. Also to avoid crankiness lol!

Sleep well can help you to make better decisions, to have more energy to carry your day happy and calm.

In the morning well rested with a clear mind is the best time to make important decisions.

Throughout the past 10 years of my life, I have been dedicated time to do research, educate myself about supplements, options, techniques to get a better sleep and here are my sleep beauty secrets:

  • Don’t go to bed with stress, negative thinking. Always think the best!
  • Take magnesium in powder before go to bed, two tablespoon in a cup of water. Magnesium supplements are often used as a natural remedy for sleep issues such as insomnia. This is because magnesium regulates several neurotransmitters involved in sleep, such as gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a naturally occurring amino acid that works as a neurotransmitter in your brain. 
  • Don’t take any drinks with caffein after 4 pm, it can keep you awake during the night.
  • Listen relaxing music, water and nature sounds can help you to get a deep sleep.
  • Don’t watch any aggressive tv show or movie or news before bed.
  • Read a pleasant book in bed.
  • Put your phone away, silence it and have a good night!
