Agar Agar is a healthy gelatin that comes from Gracilaria Algae, a red algae with many alkalizing properties, rich in fiber and minerals. In addition, it helps to lose weight and eliminate toxic waste in our body.
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon Kanten or Agar Agar
1/3 cup goji berries soaked in ½ cup filtered water
½ cup blueberries
In a cup, mix the gojis with ½ cup of filtered water and let them soak for 30 minutes.
Place the cup of water and the kanten or agar agar in a small pot. Over low heat, mix constantly for about 10 minutes. Add the gojis and blueberries.
Let it cook for 15-20 minutes until it reaches a slightly thick texture.
Serve in a glass container, let it cool and place it in the refrigerator.
