Gluten Free Protein Banana Bread

Preheat the oven 350F


1/3 cup vanilla Vega protein  powder
1 cup almond flour 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 tablespoon baking powder 
3 eggs 
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil 
2 mashed banana 
1 tablespoon Vanilla 
Pinch Salt 
1/4 cup chopped  walnuts or pecans
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips is optional.

Mix everything well except the walnuts or pecans, add them at the end.
Add parchment paper and a bit of melted coconut oil to a 9” loaf pan. Add the mix into a loaf
pan. Cook for 20 min . 

Extra tip: The bread can be serve with coconut whipped cream and fresh blueberries on top
if you want make this more fun and enjoyable.
