I am passionate Chef but also a housewife and a mom that I grown in a family were everyone have cooking skills. I refined these skills in a Culinary school where I become a Chef with knowledge and training in healthy, sustainable, flexitarian, vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, raw, healing, nurture food.
These classes are for everyone because you don’t need to be a Chef to learn how to cook healthy and delicious dish, what you need is desire to learn, passion for real food with benefits to transform your health.

Flexitarian with sustainable ingredients
Face to face / online class
The Flexitarian Class provides a great way to start to create healthy habits in the kitchen. You will develop new abilities and explore your creativity with whole, plant based and some sustainable animal products. While avoiding refined and processed products, refined sugars, and sweets as well as frozen foods with preservatives and additives.

This course is for people who love sweets, snacks, cakes, treats and want to enjoy them gluten-free, healthy, fun and yummy.
If you are curious about the idea of raw desserts or guilt-free, but aren’t sure where to start, this course is for you. Made with quality ingredients, Love and the best part nutritious and it’s a really great introduction to people to a healthy eating specially for kids.
